Technical comparison of qRT-PCR experiments with the GLYCOv2 custom array

Gene expression patterns were surveyed using RNA from 4 different murine sources. Four classes of RNA were analyzed: undifferentiated embryonic stem cells, differentiated ES cells, kidney and liver tissues. Classes were prepared in triplicate for a total of 12 samples. All samples were hybridized to the custom designed CFG GLYCOv2 glycogene array. Analysis results were used for comparison with parallel experiments using qRT-PCR.本研究以4种不同小鼠来源的RNA为材料，对基因表达模式开展检测分析。本次分析共对4类样本的RNA进行检测：未分化胚胎干细胞（embryonic stem cell, ESC）、分化ES细胞、肾脏组织与肝脏组织。每类样本均设置3次生物学重复，总计获得12个检测样本。所有样本均与定制化设计的CFG GLYCOv2糖基因芯片（CFG GLYCOv2 glycogene array）进行杂交反应。将芯片分析所得结果与采用qRT-PCR的平行对照实验结果进行对比分析。
