Dataset for Carbon-based nanomaterials enhance the growth of cable bacteria in brackish sediments

The dataset used to determine the effect of nanomaterials on cable bacteria. Electrical potential profiles were used to determine activity and current production, FISH counts were used to measure the density of cable bacteria within sediment.本数据集用于探究纳米材料对电缆细菌的影响。研究采用电位剖面法测定其活性与电流产出量，并借助荧光原位杂交（FISH）计数法测定沉积物内电缆细菌的密度。
