Intestinal flora plays an important role in the development of type 1 diabetes. Intestinal microbiota disorders are often associated with T1D. Can lactic acid bacteria, as a mucosal delivery vector, alleviate T1D development by regulating intestinal flora after administration? In this study, feces of NOD mice of different age groups were collected before and after immunization with recombinant lactobacillus vaccine.
