Replication Data for: Entrepreneurship, State-backed Guarantees, and Institutional Coordination: Game-Theoretic and Empirical Insights from China

This dataset covers 280 Chinese cities from 2013 to 2022 and is used to empirically evaluate the Start-up Guarantee Loan Policy. It includes data on newly registered enterprises collected from a business registration platform to better reflect SME-level entrepreneurship. Supplementary variables are drawn from various issues of the China Statistical Yearbook, with missing values filled using the ARIMA method. Policy implementation data is compiled from official documents issued by local governments and relevant bureaus. Regions with severe data loss were excluded, and limited interpolation was applied where necessary.
