Centrality Scores and Precedent Value in Legal Network Analysis

This dataset contains the data and all results (reported and additional) of a study conducted on European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) cases to analyze the correlations of various centrality scores to two ground truths for precedent value: Court Branch and Importance Score. This dataset includes the nodes and edges list that served as input data, the notebooks used to preprocess the data, and the output data for the complete network and subnetworks.

The dataset consists of two main folders: dataset creation and analysis and results. Each folder provides a README file that explains the content of the (sub)folders and offers instructions for replicating the results that can be found in the publication.
