Data All data required to reproduce our results are available in the SpatiotempDM/datafiles folder, with raw data available in the SpatiotempDM/datafiles/rawdata folder. Analysis The SpatiotempDM/analyses folder consists of all MATLAB code (R2023b) required to reproduce experimental and simulation figures from the paper, with custom functions available in SpatiotempDM/analyses/customfuns.
