WFS INSPIRE BPL Sachsenheimer Steige, Löchgauer Straße — Change and extension

WFS service of the urban development plan “Sachsenheimer Steige, Löchgauer Straße — Modification and Expansion” of the city of Besigheim, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.贝西希海姆市（Besigheim）城市发展规划《萨克森海姆阶梯、勒赫高街——改造与扩建》对应的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），以5.0版本的XPlanung规划数据集为基础，并依照空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
