Take eight samples of activated sludge and biofilm from different operating stages of the system, namely R1 sludge, R2 (Day 50, A2SBR anaerobic biofilm, end of first stage), and R3 (Day 50, O-SBR aerobic biofilm, end of first stage). R4 AMX inoculated sludge, R5 (Day 127, A2SBR anoxic biofilm, end of second stage), R6 (Day 127, O-SBR aerobic biofilm, end of second stage). R7 (Day 207, A2SBR anoxic biofilm, end of stage III) and R8 (Day 207, O-SBR aerobic biofilm, end of stage III) .
