Identification of genes with enriched expression in early developing mouse cone photoreceptors

A LHX4 transgenic reporter line with high specificity for developing mouse cone photoreceptors was identified and used to purify early stage cone photoreceptors for profiling by single cell RNA sequencing. Collection of FACS-sorted LHX4::GFP+ E14.5 early cones and LHX4::GFP- retinal cells for further analysis.本研究鉴定出一种对发育中小鼠视锥细胞具有高特异性的LHX4转基因报告品系，并利用该品系纯化早期视锥细胞以开展单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）分析。后续收集经荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）得到的LHX4::GFP+ E14.5早期视锥细胞与LHX4::GFP-视网膜细胞，用于进一步实验分析。
