Background Remover: Benchmark Dataset for Noisy Microscopy Image Processing. Raw FNTD Images for plugin testing

The input dataset used in the study consists of both experimental measurement files from fluorescence microscopy and computer-generated test images. The data are characterized by low signal-to-noise ratios and heterogeneous backgrounds, reflecting typical experimental conditions. The dataset includes images with objects of varying intensities, enabling evaluation of methods for distinguishing signal from noise as well as for analyzing the intensity of detected structures. The dataset is used to test the performance of the Background Remover (BGR) tool.
