The impact of paclitaxel resistance gaining on tri-mehylation of H3K4 and EP300 occurence on the chromatin was studied in MDA-MB-2311. Basal cell line was exposed to 0.05 uM paclitaxel in the overal cycle numer of 6 to imitate taxen-based anticancer therapy. Library was prepared using MGIEasy Cell-free DNA Library Prep Set and sequenced on DNBSEQ-G400 (both from MGI).
