Living through Health Projects: health education’s practices in Brazil

Abstract: This paper aims to analyse the health education’s practices in Brazil taking as object its historical emergence as sanitary education in the 1920s, and its latest developments. The Michel Foucault’s concepts of discursive practices, and biopolitic guided this analysis. The discussion began with the emergence of sanitary education in Brazil in the 1920s and their practices until the 1960s when there is a terminological shift to health education. Finally, were approached some contemporary developments of health education practices and their biopolitical traces in a context marked by strategies for reorienting the health care model in the country.摘要：本文旨在分析巴西的健康教育（health education）实践，以其20世纪20年代以卫生教育（sanitary education）形态发端的历史进程，以及后续最新发展为研究对象。本次分析以米歇尔·福柯（Michel Foucault）的话语实践、生命政治（biopolitics）概念为理论指引。论述脉络始于巴西20世纪20年代卫生教育的起源与发展实践，直至20世纪60年代该领域出现术语更迭，正式改称健康教育。最后，本文探讨了当前健康教育实践的若干最新进展，以及在巴西重塑医疗保健模式的战略语境下，其中蕴含的生命政治痕迹。
