中国淡水鱼类LSI数据库-源数据

传统的鱼类信息数据库网站拥有各种资源，但存在一些缺点，包括数据存储结构不一致、资源分布分散、查询和利用效率低下，不利于对鱼类大数据的分析和研究。因此，基于MySQL数据管理系统，构建了中国淡水鱼类信息数据库（CFFID）。通过互联网爬虫技术、rfishbase库、R和Python语言的dismo库，从多个数据库中获取了中国淡水鱼类的信息，并存储在CFFID中，包括拉丁学名、中文名、最大长度、环境等。利用收集的中国淡水鱼信息，预测了梵南银汉鱼（Vanmanenia pingchowensis）的分布范围，进一步证明所构建的CFFID对淡水鱼类的分布和进化研究具有重要意义。

Traditional fish information database websites contain diverse resources but suffer from several drawbacks, including inconsistent data storage structures, scattered resource distribution, and low query and utilization efficiency, which hinder the analysis and research of large-scale fish data. Therefore, a Chinese Freshwater Fish Information Database (CFFID) was constructed based on the MySQL data management system. Information on Chinese freshwater fishes was collected from multiple databases via internet scraping technology, the rfishbase package, and the dismo package in R and Python, and stored in the CFFID, covering Latin scientific names, Chinese common names, maximum body length, habitat, and other relevant details. Using the collected Chinese freshwater fish data, the distribution range of Vanmanenia pingchowensis was predicted, which further verifies that the constructed CFFID is of great significance to research on the distribution and evolution of freshwater fishes.
