NPP Temelin 3 & 4

On the occasion of the extension of the Temelin nuclear power plant, two bilateral consultation meetings were held within the framework of the cross-border environmental impact assessment procedure. These dealt with the Environmental Impact Statement and the expert opinion prepared on behalf of the Ministry of Life by the Austrian Energy Agency and the Austrian Ecology Institute. The Federal Environment Agency supervises the process in terms of content and organisation. The consultation report describes the extent to which the outstanding issues discussed during the consultation meetings have been addressed and makes recommendations that should be taken into account in the further procedural steps. As a matter of priority, the potential cross-border impact of the project was analysed.为配合捷克林（Temelin）核电站扩建项目，双方在跨境环境影响评估（cross-border environmental impact assessment）程序框架内召开了两次双边磋商会议。会议议题涵盖《环境影响报告书》（Environmental Impact Statement），以及奥地利能源署（Austrian Energy Agency）与奥地利生态研究所（Austrian Ecology Institute）受生命事务部委托编制的专家意见。联邦环境署（Federal Environment Agency）负责从内容与组织层面监管该评估流程。磋商报告阐述了磋商会议期间讨论的未决问题的解决情况，并针对后续程序步骤提出了需予以考量的建议。本次评估优先针对项目潜在的跨境环境影响开展了分析。
