资源简介:
The lower respiratory tract microbiome is ostensibly studied to pinpoint microbial dysbiosis of diversity or abundance that is linked to a number of chronic respiratory illnesses. However, it is vital to clarify the precise impacts of the microbiome on lung health and oncogenesis through release of probiotic microbial metabolites. In order to discover their powerful correlations, we collected bronchoalveolar lavage fluids of tumor-burden lung segment and ipsilateral non-tumor site of the same 28 lung cancer participants under electronic bronchoscopy examinations, performing metagenomic sequencing to uncover microbial compositions in different lung segments, further illustrating the potential doninant microbes in lung oncogenesis.
