Mortality in Poland in 2013 by multiple causes of death

Mortality in Poland in 2013: individual records of all deceased persons (387,988 persons) with the following information: age, sex, place of death (hospital, other care institution, home, else), voivodship of death certificate registration, person filling in a death certificate (medical doctor, midwife, other), the underlying cause of death and all other medical mentions (so-called secondary and direct causes of death). All medical descriptions are coded according to the WHO International Statistical Classification of Diseases and related Health Problems (10th revision, ICD-10).
