The Internet of Things (IoT) is used to perceive and collect data of factors including personnel, equipment, molds and materials related to work orders during the production process, achieving transparent management and control of the plastic-steel zipper production execution process. Specific standard working hours are matched based on the specific material model, tooth profile and size of plastic-steel zippers. Then two formulas are applied for calculation: Formula 1: T1 = TM / SWH / 60 / 24 + t2 Formula 2: T2 = (TM - M) / SWH / 60 / 24 + t1 If T2 ≤ T1, the result is marked as normal; if T2 > T1, the result is marked as overtime.
