Decennial Census and American Community Survey Data: to assess the number of people unemployed, the number of people in the labor force, the total population, and the number of people asked the employment question.

This data is pulled from NHGIS at the county, ZCTA, and puma level in order to get multiple outcomes of interest, including percent unemployed, total population (as an input to per-capita measures), and percent in labor force. Data from 1990, 2000, and each 5-year ACS are obtained.
