Epigenetic modification sequencing data of human U2OS cells

To examine the influence of epigenetic modifications on gene dose-response curves, we conducted measurements on the dose-response curves of gene expression at multiple loci within human U2OS cells. Simultaneously, we quantified various epigenetic modifications, including DNA methylation through bisulfite sequencing, and H3K27me3, H3K4me3, and H3K36me3 through the CUT&Tag technique. Furthermore, we employed ChIP-seq to assess H3K27me3 and H3K9me3 modifications.
