High-resolution single-cell atlas reveals distinct immune microenvironments in EGFR-mutant versus wild-type lung adenocarcinoma

We publicly provide single-cell RNA sequencing data from 10 in-house EGFR-mutant lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) samples as part of this study. Additional single-cell RNA sequencing data, including both EGFR-mutant and wild-type LUAD cases, as well as detailed gene expression profiles, cell type annotations (such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, myeloid cells, etc.), EGFR mutation status, and basic clinical information, can be accessed from public databases and related literature.
