Mice were treated with siRNA and gene expression changes in interferon alpha, beta and gamma was monitored in hind limb muscle tissues (n = 3 for each treatment) at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h p.i.. Results expressed as 2−ΔΔCT were reported as mean ± standard deviation and were analyzed using Kruksal Wallis test. *p<0.05 significantly different gene expression change as compared to chikungunya infected mice of respective time point.
