Transcriptional profiling identifies white matter changes in eNOS+/- mice II

To elucidate the effects of Sodium nitrate feeding eNOS deficiency at the transcriptional level, RNA-seq was performed on white matter region dissected from the brains of eNOS+/+ and eNOS-/- and eNOS -/- + Sodium Nitrate treatment RNA-Seq on eNOS+/+ and eNOS-/- and eNOS-/- with Sodium Nitrate treatment为从转录水平阐明硝酸钠饲喂对内皮型一氧化氮合酶（endothelial nitric oxide synthase, eNOS）缺陷的调控效应，本研究采集eNOS野生型（eNOS+/+）、eNOS基因敲除型（eNOS-/-）以及经硝酸钠饲喂的eNOS基因敲除型小鼠的脑组织白质区域，开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
