Stage-specific mycobiome in bark beetles from Scolytinae. Ips typographus; Picea abies

We have screened the stage-specific mycobiome assemblage from Ips typographus larvae and adults collected from Czechia and Austria via ITS sequencing. Our study delineates the stage-specific fungal association in Ips typographus. It also evaluates the environmental and host influence on bark beetle fungal association.
