Edited HG002 datasets for bachelor thesis bioinformatics pipelines

This record contains edited datasets used for bachelor thesis bioinformatics pipelines. The alignment datasets are derived from public HG002 assembly data from the MARBL HG002 repository: https://github.com/marbl/HG002 The included FASTA files are modified versions prepared for thesis experiments: one version with telomeric regions retained, one version with telomeric regions removed, and one masked version. The basecalling dataset is derived from Oxford Nanopore Technologies Open Data / GIAB 2025.01 HG002 flowcell PAW70337: https://42basepairs.com/browse/s3/ont-open-data/giab_2025.01/flowcells/HG002/PAW70337 Only edited/subset files required to reproduce the thesis pipeline experiments are included. The original datasets were not generated by the author. Users should cite both this Zenodo record and the original upstream data sources.
