Multiday motor imagery with and without feedback
收藏资源简介:
rawData.zip The data were recorded using BCI2000 software (see https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index.php/Technical_Reference:BCI2000_File_Format). Each folder corresponds to one experimental session (day) and named by 2-letter participant's code and 3-digit session number. Files within each session correspond to "runs" (...R00) - continuous multichannel EEG recordings comprised of trials (epochs) and intertrial intervals. Epochs corresponding to experimental cues marked up by "StimulusCode" variable. Stimulus code "1" refers to motor imagery of some kind and stimulus code "2" - to visual attention to an abstract picture (non-motor condition, reference). Stimulus code "0" refers to interstimulus intervals (blank screen). recData.mat - is matlab-formatted table, containing a description of files, specifying the type of motor imagery used (FL/FR - left/right hand fingers tap imagery, SL/SR - left/right arm circumduction imagery, TR/TR_video - right hand thumb swipe imagery without/with video instruction present) and feedback condition (presented/not presented). Columns 9 and 10 - indicies of epochs corresponding to imagery (9) and non-motor task (10)The last 5 columns represent the strength of event-related desynchronization of EEG sensorimotor rhythms during the motor imagery compared to non-motor task. (m1 - at the strongest source, m2 - mean of the two strongest sources ... m5 - mean of the five strongest sources).
