HEK293 R-loop peaks

The R package nucleR was used to first smooth DRIP-seq signal using filterFFT function (pcKeepComp = 0.05) and then to extract peaks using peakDetection (threshold = 95%). Finally, overlapping peaks were merged, resized to 500 bp and non-mappable regions and regions of the ENCODE blacklist were discarded.本研究采用R包nucleR，首先通过filterFFT函数（参数pcKeepComp=0.05）对DRIP-seq信号进行平滑处理，随后利用peakDetection函数（参数threshold=95%）提取峰位点。最终，将重叠的峰位点合并并调整至500 bp长度，同时剔除无法比对区域与ENCODE黑名单（ENCODE blacklist）区域。
