DNA methylation profiles of isolated embryonic and adult cardiomyocytes, cardiac fibroblasts, tissue and stem cells.

To investigate the DNA methylation profiles of matured differentiated cardiomyocytes, DNA methylation profiles were obtained by HELP tagging assay using the isolated cardiomyocytes and cardiac fibroblasts from different developmental stages, tissues and cultured stem cells.为探究成熟分化心肌细胞的DNA甲基化谱（DNA methylation profiles），本研究采用HELP标签分析（HELP tagging assay），对分离自不同发育阶段、不同组织以及体外培养干细胞的心肌细胞与心脏成纤维细胞进行检测，获取了相关的DNA甲基化谱数据。
