Identification of miRNAs included in Tuna-derived Nanovesicles (TNVs)

The goal of this study is to identify the contents of Tuna-derived Nanovesicles (TNVs). Recently, it has been reported that nanovesicles including miRNAs mediate cell-to-cell communications for various functions, including the maintenance of cellular homeostasis, in many organisms. However, there are few reports about fish-derived nanovesicles. Therefore, this study aims to identify miRNAs and to analyze their functions.
