Simple download service (Atom) of the data package: Community-based rehabilitation strategies for the old building, the example of the Vosges

In the Vosges department, communities play a leading role in land use planning and the development of pavilion areas and subdivisions. At the same time, the town centres, which bear the identity of these territories through many traces of its history, are neglected from the investments of these same communities. This study proposes to take the opposite of this trend by bringing out planning logics based on meaningful elements for these territories: identity buildings. Using support sites and networking of actors and experiences, the aim is to find a place for communities in the construction of a rehabilitation logic. This approach aims at another involvement of communities in land use planning, considering a much wider area or even a much wider environment (social, economic, ecological).在法国孚日省（Vosges Department），地方自治体在土地利用规划以及小型公共活动场地与住宅开发片区的建设中占据主导地位。与此同时，那些凭借诸多历史遗存承载着所在区域地域特质的城镇中心，却未能获得这些自治体的投资扶持。 本研究拟扭转这一发展趋势，通过挖掘适配所在区域的核心价值要素——地域标识性建筑，构建针对性的规划逻辑。 本研究将依托支撑性平台，联动各方参与主体与实践经验，助力地方自治体在更新改造逻辑的构建中找准自身定位。 该路径旨在推动地方自治体更深层次地参与土地利用规划，将规划视野拓展至更广阔的空间范畴，涵盖社会、经济与生态等多元维度。
