Lactational exposure to high fat diet

To understand how gonadal adpose tissue is altered via maternal HFD feeding, we fed dams a 60% HFD only during weaning. These data are from the offspring, both control and HFD fed male mice We provided mouse dams with 60% high fat diet after delivering their pups and continued it until postnatal day 21 at weaning. These are the RNA from the male offspring gonadal white adipose tissue depots on postnatal day 16 from control and high fat diet groups.
