Parachlorella kessleri, a trebouxiophycean green alga, is recognized for its high efficiency in lipid production. To enhance mutation analysis, we have refined the reference genome sequence. Additionally, we conducted mutation analysis on mutants exhibiting stable fragmented chromosomes induced by heavy-ion beams.
