Identifying circRNA-associated-ceRNA networks in the hippocampus of Aß1-42-induced Alzheimer's disease-like rats using microarray analysis (circRNA)

In the present study, we used microarray analysis technology to characterize the expression patterns of circular RNAs (circRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), and mRNAs in hippocampal tissue from Aβ1‐42‐induced AD model rats, to integrate interaction data and thus provide novel insights into the mechanisms underlying AD.本研究采用微阵列分析技术，对Aβ₁₋₄₂诱导的阿尔茨海默病（AD）模型大鼠的海马组织内的环状RNA（circRNAs）、微小RNA（miRNAs）及信使RNA（mRNAs）的表达模式进行表征，整合相关相互作用数据，从而为揭示阿尔茨海默病的潜在发病机制提供全新见解。
