Longitudinal RNA-Seq study of Nothobranchius furzeri fin biopsies

Here, we performed a longitudinal study of genome-wide gene expression in the short-lived killifish Nothobranchius furzeri (MZM-0410 strain) and correlated variations in transcript abundance at two time points during early adult life with age at death. 114 animals (228 samples) were analyzed. Of each animal, two biological samples were taken by fin clipping at 10 and 20 weeks of age.
