**Decisions of the Assembly or the President** Regional elected representatives **** meet, at least 5 times a year in plenary and about 10 times a year in the Standing Committee, to vote on deliberations, deliver opinions and send wishes. **** The Chair shall also issue orders for his or her own areas of competence and in particular to grant delegations of functions or signatures. **** Regulatory administrative acts shall be published electronically.
