RNA-seq data of zebrafish wildtype and nanog mutant embryos at 6 hpf

Two hundred embryos at 6 hpf of either WT or MZnanog were divided into two groups as replicates. The RNA was extracted using Trizol according to the manufacturer’s manual. The RNA samples were quantified and integrity was assessed using the RNA Nano 6000 Assay Kit of the Bioanalyzer 2100 system (Agilent Technologies, CA, USA). A total amount of 3 μg RNA per sample was used as input material for the RNA sample preparations. Sequencing libraries were generated using NEBNext® Ultra™ RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® (NEB, USA) following manufacturer’s recommendations and index codes were added to attribute sequences to each sample. Sequencing was performed on Illumina Miseq with read length of 100 bp single-end.
