According to a worldwide survey on the Black Friday forecasts in 2020, respondents from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia had the highest planned budget to spend on Black Friday and Cyber Monday in the world in 2020. There was an overall budget decrease compared to the year 2019.
