Data of points for nitrogen sorption isotherm for sample V2CTx (only sorption branch). The V2CTx was prepared via selective etching of aluminium from MAX matrice V2AlC using 50% HF for 96 h at room temperature.
The set of data includes calculation of BET surface area, t-plot, BJH pore and size distribution reports.
Details of analysis: 2 h of degassing under nitrogen atmosphere at 200 deg. C, range of partial pressures: 0.05-0.99, free space gas: helium, the temperature of analysis: 77K.
