STOKES local reflection FITS files

In version v1 attached tables to the paper "Spectral and polarization properties of reflected X-ray emission from black-hole accretion discs", Podgorny et al. 2022, MNRAS, Vol. 510, pg. 4723.In version v2 unified in ionization parameter xi and for unpolarized, 100 % diagonally polarized and 100 % vertically (in v1 this was horizontally) polarized primary radiation. This version is described and used in Podgorny 2023, PhD thesis.Any newer version of the tables will be also provided here in the future.
