The project "Changing Landscapes of Finnmark: Participation and Support of FeFo; Use of Local Resources, Industrial Growth and Global Challenges, 2012" examines The Finnmark Act legitimacy as a landowner, administrator and commercial developer, as well as how different strategies for resource administration attend to different groups' influences and attachment to the ecosystem services. The project was a collaboration between NORUT Alta and The Arctic University of Norway, and had two work packages.
