ROH segments per individuals. NSEG: number of ROH segment, KB: length of ROH
per individuals, KBAVG: mean length of ROH per individuals, FROH: genomic
inbreeding coefficient estimated from ROH.

Table S1
shows summary of the number of ROH, mean ROH length per individual, and percent
of coverage per autosome by chromosome in five populations of chickens.

File S2
contains ROH islands identified in five chicken populations. Chromosome number,
start and end position (bp) of ROH islands on chromosome, number of SNPs in
corresponding region, size of ROH island, and details of gene information
overlapped in ROH islands.

File S3
shows the list of genes located within ROH islands and detected in multiple
populations.
