CUT&Tag profiling of regulatory changes in myocardial infarction under high-fat diet-induced metabolic stress

This dataset contains CUT&Tag raw sequencing data generated from experimental models of myocardial infarction under high-fat diet-induced metabolic stress. CUT&Tag sequencing was performed using mouse cardiac tissues and/or related immune cell populations to profile genome-wide chromatin-associated regulatory signals. These data were generated to investigate regulatory alterations associated with myocardial injury, lipid-associated metabolic stress, immune cell activation, inflammatory remodeling, and potential therapeutic intervention in cardiovascular disease. Sample metadata and file descriptions are provided to facilitate data reuse and interpretation.
