Monitoring of agglomeration transport and urban development projects (MOCA)

With this publication, the ARE provides agglomerations with the latest available values of the "Monitoring and Control of the Impact of Agglomeration Programmes" indicators (MOCA indicators). When preparing agglomeration programmes, the sponsoring authorities must define target values for the various indicators. These supplement the picture of the future for the consideration of the 5th generation agglomeration programmes and the associated strategies.本出版物发布之时，ARE向各集聚区域提供了"集聚项目影响监测与管控"指标（MOCA指标）的最新可用数值。在编制集聚项目方案过程中，牵头主管部门需为各类指标明确目标值。此类指标可为第五代集聚项目及其关联策略的论证与考量补充完善未来发展图景。
