Fishing in Castilla-La Mancha

Article 27 of Law 1/1992 of 7 May 1992 on Inland Fishing and Article 26 of Decree 91/1994,
approves the Regulation for its partial application, stipulates that annually the Ministry of Agriculture will establish through the Order of Vedas the list of species subject to fishing, working times, cap sizes of catches, the maximum number of catches per fisherman and baits authorised for each species, the marketable species and special limitations and prohibitions, as well as the delimitation and regulation established for the waters under special regime and fishing refuges established in the different courses and bodies of water in the territorial area of Castilla-La Mancha.

1992年5月7日第1/1992号《内陆渔业法》（Law 1/1992 of 7 May 1992 on Inland Fishing）第27条，以及1994年第91/1994号政令（Decree 91/1994）第26条批准了该法的部分适用实施条例，其中明确规定：农业部每年须通过Vedas政令（Order of Vedas）制定以下管控清单与规则：受管制捕捞物种名录、作业时段、捕捞尺寸上限、单名渔民最大捕捞限额、各物种获准使用的饵料、可上市交易物种名录及特殊限制与禁令；同时划定卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰（Castilla-La Mancha）领土范围内特殊水域的管控范围、制定监管规则，并规范该区域各河道与水体中设立的渔业保护区。
