Sites_Data : Contains 7 columns. "site_id" is the identification name for each sites. "Longitude" and "Latitude" are their geographical coordinates. "MeanT", "maxT", "minT" and "rangeT" are respectively their mean temperature, max temperature, min temperature and the difference between their maximum and minimum temperature according to WorldClim. Raw Data : Contains 11 columns. "Bact_numero" is the identification number of each bacteria isolated using their morphotypes through streaking technique. "Jour" corresponds to the day the growth rate was collected. The experiment lasted three days due to the number of bacteria to grow. "Temperature" corresponds to the incubator temperature for growth rate. "Puit" is the location of the bacteria on the 96-well plates used to grow bacteria in. "Bact_site" corresponds to the site where each bacteria was collected followed by their "Latitude" and "Longitude". "N0" is the initial bacterial count taken after 3h of incubation and "N1" is the bacterial count obtained after 12 hours of incubation. "r" is the growth rate obtained using data from N0 and N1. "Optimum" corresponds to the temperature where the fastest growth rate was computed for each unique bacteria. It was obtained using the derivative of equation 4 when data was plotted for growth rate ("r") against temperature. Growth Data : Contains 7 columns. "Bact_numero" is the same as in the file Raw_Data. "Latitude" is the latitude of the site where the bacteria was isolated from. "MinMuBact" is the slowest growth rate computed through equation 4 with the temperature in kelvin at witch it was reach named "MinTemp". "OptMuBact" is the fastest growth rate computed through equation 4 with the temperature in kelvin at witch it was reached named "OptTemp". "eV" is the activation energy computed using the information contained in columns "MinMuBact", "OptMuBact", "MinTemp" and "OptTemp".
