OCO verified: every moment answered by a document or a stated reason, every year of every zone accounted for, today's rule read from law, and a patch where the table was wrong. Read in the original and transcribed twice. 175 of 175 moments answered, 1,714 of 1,714 zone-years accounted for. The table is wrong or silent at 20 moments. The correction is australasia-au-1982-1987.patch, in the database's own format. Every phone, computer and airline uses one table of when each country changed its clocks: the IANA Time Zone Database.
