Single RNA sequencing analysis of myosin binding protein C3 (mybpc-3) associated Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy to identify single cell gene expression changes across common pathological mechanisms and species-specific distinctions in human, feline, and murine heart tissues. Overall design: Interventricular septal (IVS) myectomy heart tissue was obtained from human patients and felines with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOT) and organ donors or control [as in the case for felines]. Whole heart from a knock-in mouse model with a truncated form of myosin binding protein C3 and Wild Type were sampled using snRNA-seq.
