This document is an integral part of the Supplementary Procedural Reports. provided for in Ministerial Implementing Order No 1284/2009, of 19 October, being included in the process of preparation of the River Basin Management Plan that integrates the Region River basin of Cávado, Ave and Leça (RH2), hereinafter referred to as Hydrographic Region of Cávado, Ave and Leça (PGRH-Cávado, Ave and Leça), determined by Order No 18203/2009 of 6 August 2009.本文件为2009年10月19日第1284/2009号部长级实施令所规定的程序性补充报告的组成部分，被纳入整合卡瓦杜、阿维与莱萨流域（RH2）的流域管理计划编制工作。该流域管理计划由2009年8月6日第18203/2009号政令确定，下文统称为卡瓦杜、阿维与莱萨水文区域（PGRH-卡瓦杜、阿维与莱萨）。
