Replication Data for: Cell signaling and tissue remodeling in the pulmonary autograft after the Ross procedure: a computational study

This dataset contains matlab code for a computational model of cell signaling and tissue growth and remodeling in the context of the Ross procedure. The model predicts gene activation, extracellular matrix remodeling and dilatation of the pulmonary autograft after implantation of the pulmonary root in aortic position.
