This folder contains the data obtained for the thesis entitled    “Myeloid-derived suppressor cells mobilization through  CXCL1-CXCR2 signaling facilitates tumor recurrence  after liver surgery”, including the FACS data, immunohistochemical images, qPCR analysis, and the relevant quantification and analysis of data. This research is to study the role of MDSCs on post-surgical tumor development and underlying mechanisms of MDSCs mobilization in HCC recurrence.
