Replication Data for: Mission Creep in Voluntary Sustainability Standard Setters

This dataset contains the aggregated data and replication materials for the manuscript "Mission Creep in Voluntary Sustainability Standard Setters". It includes the relative frequencies of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) mentioned across three public communication platforms: social media posts (X/Twitter), online news/media releases, and annual reports from 12 prominent voluntary sustainability standard (VSS) setters between 2010 and 2024. The data was processed using dictionary-based automated content analysis and is used to analyze longitudinal mission creep, institutional convergence, and cross-platform decoupling.
